Michigan Central, the 30-acre center advancing mobility-focused technologies, celebrated the grand opening of Newlab Detroit's headquarters inside the restored Book Depository — a 1936 Albert Kahn-designed Art Deco landmark reimagined by Gensler and Civilian into a 270,000-square-foot creative workspace. The video marked this milestone: Ford's historic train depot campus reborn as a hub for mobility startups, entrepreneurs, and engineers.

A recruitment video for Newlab's Mining Innovation Studio in Riyadh, developed with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Ma'aden, ESNAD, and the Saudi Geological Survey. Part of Newlab's expansion into the Kingdom under Vision 2030, the studio is built to accelerate critical-mineral technology across exploration, processing, and sustainable mine operations — positioning Saudi Arabia as a new hub in the global mining value chain.
